Ingredients

Preparation Steps

Mix all ingredients in a 200L drum or clay pot

Stir clockwise vigorously for 5–7 minutes

Cover with jute cloth (NOT airtight — needs oxygen)

Ferment in shade for 48–72 hours

Stir twice daily during fermentation

⚠️ Important Notes
- •Use ONLY desi (indigenous) cow — not exotic/crossbreed
- •Never make airtight — kills aerobic microbes
- •Never apply in afternoon — UV kills microbes
- •Never use chlorinated municipal water
- •Discard if smell is foul/rotten (not earthy-fermented)
